Ren Xinwei Zheng, based in Los Angeles, is a burgeoning Producer/Director/Writer whose filmography is characterized by a mystical tone and surrealism, intertwined with captivating visuals. After graduating with a specialization in Screenwriting and Directing from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, he continued to advance his film career at USC School of Cinematic Arts. Currently pursuing his M.F.A degree in Film and Television Production, he has refined his skills in post-production, virtual production, and also pursued a graduate certificate program in the business of entertainment.

Ren's awards include, but are not limited to, the Best Indie Short award at the IndieX Film Fest and the esteemed Best Student Film Grand Jury Award at the New York International Film Awards in 2021. Additionally, his work has been recognized with awards such as Best Drama at the Tokyo International Short Film Festival and Best Student Film at the Los Angeles Film Awards, with an Honorable Mention for the Director position. Ren has also received Best Experimental recognition at the Oniros Film Awards and the Five Continents International Film Festival. His films have graced the screens of the esteemed Producer’s Club in NYC. Ren's steadfast dedication to storytelling and innovative filmmaking approaches solidify his status as a rising talent in the entertainment industry.
